Customized orders are typically shipped 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your photo(s) unless otherwise indicated. * Note: Nic Norman does not collect duty and taxes to Canada. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. • Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs

• Anything over $20.00 CAD (including gifts) will be subject to Customs fees

• Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped

• PST & GST taxes are generally a 15% fee for residential and non-commercial shipping. (GST currently at a constant 7% and PST currently varies from 7%-8%)

• The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise which is also determined by Customs

• As part of the NAFTA, all items that are made in the USA will be duty free; however, they are still subject to PST & GST taxes and brokerage fees

When shipping to all countries other than the United States and Canada, Nic Norman uses the U.S. Postal Service. For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. Nic Norman cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. Return/Exchange Policy:

We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund (credit to your charge card) for any non-personalized customized items with which you are not completely happy. We are happy to replace any items damaged during shipping.

All items must be returned to Nic Norman Accessories within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned items.

Custom Product Cancellation Policy:

A design fee of $50.00 will be charged if you cancel a custom product order after we have begun the design process.
